Christmas Ornaments

Graphic45 paper is so inspiring. Had some leftover paper and Maya Road frames. Add a little gold paint and glitter and you have a simple ornament. Waiting for the glitter to dry took the most time.

Thanksgiving Table

Wanted to make place cards for this years table and a little goodie cups for the kids. Plan on filling them with nuts or whatever else I can find while shopping. Thought about putting a cupcake in the cup but then I added the handle and bows - now that seems impractical.
When I was taking pictures I thought I would show you my crafting companions. This is Muffie (above). She is always at my feet or asleep close by. Below is Maggie. She is a lover but a little more independent. Often I need to go look for her because I haven't seen her for awhile.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Pumpkins

My local craft store (GeeGee's) has many talented ladies who make samples for Gayle. The other day I was in the store and saw the cutest paper pumpkin made by Jackie. So I came right home and tried my  hand at making them.

They were fun to make and very easy.

Keeping It Organized

On this project I used large (12x18) card stock and folded it into four  sections with pockets. The card stock was colored with Distress Ink and the one on the left was decorated with Studio 490 stamps. The Christmas organizer was decorated with Graphic 45 paper.

The inside of the organizer is full of places to make lists, keep coupons, an envelope for stamps, and the ability to customise the organizer to each persons needs. This was a fun class to teach and even more fun to find ways to use each pocket.
